Terms of Use for the Armpresario.com Web Platform
I. SUBJECT
Article 1. These general terms and conditions are intended to regulate the relationship between “ARMPRESARIO” Ltd., UIC 207840379, with its registered office and address in Kyustendil, "Zapad" residential complex, block 73, floor 1, apartment 35, hereinafter referred to as the PROVIDER, and the customers, hereinafter referred to as USERS, of the electronic platform accessible at https://www.armpresario.com, hereinafter referred to as "ARMPRESARIO" or the PLATFORM.
II. PROVIDER DETAILS
Article 2. Information according to the Electronic Commerce Act and the Consumer Protection Act:

III. CHARACTERISTICS OF ARMPRESARIO
Article 3.
(1) ARMPRESARIO organizes events such as concerts and club performances. To attend a specific event, the entrance fee must be paid at the event location before its start, either in cash at an Easy Pay office or via the ARMPRESARIO platform through electronic payment of the entrance fee.
(2) The platform also allows users to:
- Make electronic statements regarding the conclusion or execution of contracts with ARMPRESARIO through the interface on the ARMPRESARIO webpage;
- Enter into purchase agreements for tickets/passes for events organized by ARMPRESARIO;
- Make any payments related to concluded contracts with ARMPRESARIO, according to the payment methods supported by ARMPRESARIO;
- Receive information about new products and/or brands offered by ARMPRESARIO;
- View events organized by ARMPRESARIO, their characteristics, conditions for attendance, and prices;
- Be informed of their rights under the law primarily through the interface of the ARMPRESARIO webpage;
- Receive a refund of the entrance fee if the event is canceled or postponed.
Article 4. The Provider does not require users to register on the electronic platform to purchase tickets.
Article 5.
(1) Users enter into a contract for the purchase of tickets/passes for the event.
(2) By the terms of the contract concluded with the User, the Provider undertakes to allow the User to attend the event organized by the Provider.
(3) Users pay the Provider a fee for the ticket/pass according to the terms specified on ARMPRESARIO and these general terms and conditions. The fee equals the price announced by the Provider on the ARMPRESARIO website, plus the cost of additional delivery charges and fees of payment service providers (if any).
(4) The Provider delivers the tickets/passes paid for by the Users within the terms and conditions specified by the Provider on the ARMPRESARIO webpage and according to these general terms and conditions.
(5) These general terms and conditions must be accepted by the Users through an explicit statement on the ARMPRESARIO website before completing the ticket/pass order. Accepting the general terms and conditions is considered the conclusion of a sales contract.
IV. USE OF ARMPRESARIO
Article 6.
(1) Users can browse and purchase tickets/passes for all events organized by the Platform by submitting an order electronically, using the order module, and following the steps described in it.
(2) All prices in the online store are listed in Bulgarian levs and include all taxes and fees, except for bank transaction fees, delivery costs, and cash on delivery fees. Bank fees are the responsibility of the user, according to the terms of their bank.
(3) By placing an order for a ticket/pass through the Platform, the user makes a statement to conclude a purchase contract for the ticket/pass electronically. This statement binds the user, as the order cannot be canceled or changed.
(4) To purchase a ticket through the ARMPRESARIO website, customers must complete the following steps: - Choose an Event - Choose a payment method - Enter the necessary information - Pay.
(5) After successfully submitting the order, the customer receives an email from ARMPRESARIO or EPAY confirming the receipt of the statement to conclude the contract for the purchase of the pass electronically.
(6) After confirming the order, the tickets/passes are reserved for a certain period during which payment can be made. After the payment period expires, the reservation is automatically canceled.
(7) The receipt is sent to the email address specified by the user after the successful payment of the order.
Article 7.
(1) Ordered tickets can be paid for by users in the following ways:
- By debit/credit card;
- Online through ePay.bg;
- In cash at an EasyPay office;
- By mobile phone through ePay Mobile;
- At an ATM through B-pay.
V. RULES FOR ATTENDING EVENTS
Article 8.
(1) Each attendee must keep their ticket/pass until the event ends.
(2) Upon leaving the venue during an event, re-entry is allowed only by showing the ticket. No refunds are given for stolen, lost, or damaged tickets.
(3) By purchasing a ticket/pass, the attendee agrees to abide by the internal rules established by ARMPRESARIO for the respective event. Violating the internal rules and misuse of the ticket may result in a warning to leave the venue.
(4) The ticket is presented for inspection before the event.
(5) If you lose your ticket/pass, it can be reprinted from the email you provided for its delivery.
(6) By attending an event, the user agrees to the general terms and conditions of ARMPRESARIO.
Article 9.
(1) ARMPRESARIO reserves the right to refuse entry to certain individuals to the event or to remove them from it and/or hand them over to the police if deemed necessary to ensure public order and security and/or there is a violation of a provision of these Terms and Conditions.
(2) ARMPRESARIO will not allow entry to users who are visibly intoxicated or in an inappropriate condition, as well as those exhibiting aggressive behavior.
(3) A user who is denied access to the event or is removed from it has no right to claim compensation for damages suffered as a result and is not entitled to a refund for the ticket and/or any other form of compensation.
Article 10.
(1) According to the provisions of Article 57, item 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, the provisions of Articles 50 - 56 regarding the consumer's right to withdraw from a distance contract within a 14-day period do not apply to the provision of accommodation services that are not intended for residential purposes, transportation of goods, car rental services, catering services, or services related to entertainment activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance. As a result, consumers do not have the right to withdraw from purchased tickets.
Article 11.
(1) In case of event cancellation, ARMPRESARIO will refund the price of the ticket purchased by the consumer. Cancellation is considered the complete cancellation of the event.
(2) If the date and time of the event are changed, the purchased tickets do not need to be revalidated and are valid for the new date and time. If the consumer is unable to attend the rescheduled event, they are entitled to a refund for the ticket purchased.
(3) Refunds under this article are made through a refund request sent to the following email address: armpresario@gmail.com.
The request must include:
- Bank account details for the refund and the full name of the account holder;
- Order number (found in the email confirmation of the order) or the code found on the ticket;
- Full name and contact phone number;
- The email address used when purchasing the tickets;
- The event for which you wish to receive a refund.
(4) ARMPRESARIO will refund the ticket price within 30 days after receiving a request with the above details.
(5) Administrative fees, card payment fees paid by the customer, are non-refundable.
(6) Tickets cannot be returned or exchanged for another event, except in cases where the event did not take place, was canceled, or was interrupted during its performance for reasons for which ARMPRESARIO is responsible. Such reasons do not include unforeseeable or unavoidable circumstances such as force majeure, accidental events, declarations of war, states of emergency or similar circumstances, coups, natural disasters, accidents, epidemics, worsening weather conditions during outdoor performances, including rescheduling to another date and/or venue due to such conditions, illness of performers, technical malfunctions like power or heat supply interruptions, and other extraordinary circumstances.
VI. DATA PROTECTION
Article 12. The personal data controller, as defined by Article 4, item 7 of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), is:

Information on the collected personal data and the purposes for its collection and processing:
- Personal data collected and processed in connection with the fulfillment of an order, as well as exercising the right of consumers to a refund for a ticket in case of a canceled or postponed event: full name, email, phone number.
The legal basis for processing is the user's consent, according to Article 6, item 1, letter a of the GDPR. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the user consents to the processing of the specified personal data.
Processing this data is a necessary condition for concluding a purchase contract and fulfilling an order between the Provider and the User.
The Provider undertakes not to provide the users' personal data to third parties, except to state and local authorities and the National Revenue Agency (NRA) in connection with the Provider's activities.
Article 13. Your rights as a data subject
According to the GDPR, users have the right to free access (Article 15), correction (Article 16), or deletion (Article 17) of their personal data, or restriction (Article 18) of processing. Users have the right to data portability (Article 20), meaning they can request their personal data to be provided in a widely used and machine-readable format to both themselves and a specified person or organization.
The given consent to process personal data necessary for order fulfillment can be withdrawn at any time under Article 7, paragraph 3, in connection with Article 17 of the GDPR.
If you have questions regarding the processing of personal data or if a user wishes to file a complaint or exercise their rights, they can do so in writing to the data controller's contact details or in writing, including by email, to the data protection officer.
Additionally, users have the right to file a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection at the address: Sofia 1592, Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd. № 2, or electronically under the Electronic Document and Electronic Trust Services Act. More information can be found on the Commission's website www.cpdp.bg.
Article 14.
(1) ARMPRESARIO reserves the right to take photos and/or audio recordings of the event and its attendees for commercial purposes and to reproduce and/or publish or commission the publication of these recordings in any form and manner. By receiving a ticket for the event and/or entering the event venue, the user unconditionally agrees to the aforementioned recordings being made, edited, published, and used for ARMPRESARIO's activities. For this purpose, ARMPRESARIO owes no compensation to the user.
(2) The user irrevocably waives any interest they may have in the aforementioned recordings. To the extent that the user has any copyright and/or portrait rights over these recordings, they hereby transfer these rights without limitation to ARMPRESARIO and hereby irrevocably declare that they will not assert such rights.
VII. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Article 15.
(1) These Terms and Conditions may be unilaterally amended by the Provider.
(2) The Provider shall publish these Terms and Conditions on its website along with any additions and amendments and this contract shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
Article 16. All disputes between the parties to this contract shall be resolved by the competent court or the Consumer Protection Commission.
